Simon Lu

Simon Lu has extensive experience in strategy and growth initiatives, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy at Fortive since December 2018, with prior roles including Director of Growth Initiatives and Senior Manager of Strategy. Before joining Fortive, Simon worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate from October 2016 to December 2018. Simon began a career as an Analyst at Kiva Systems and has held internships at NASA Glenn Research Center and Sikorsky Aircraft. Academically, Simon earned a PhD in Computational Physics from Carnegie Mellon University and dual SB degrees in Physics and Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
