Eric Schultz is a seasoned Multi-Site Operations Leader with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They began their career with internships at Meltric Corporation and Therma-stor before joining Eaton in 2011, where they held various roles, including Quality Engineer and Site Leader, before advancing to Operational Excellence Manager. Eric currently serves as the Director of Operations for two manufacturing facilities at Fortive, building on their extensive experience in operations management and quality assurance.
