The cybersecurity skills gap in the Arab world isn't a future problem. It's already here, and most training programs aren't built to close it.
FortMind was started in Doha to do something about that. We run hands-on cybersecurity training — the kind where you're working inside real lab environments, not sitting through slides. More than 80% of our curriculum is applied. Students leave knowing how to find vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and operate inside actual security teams — not just pass a certification.
On the services side, we work directly with organizations on penetration testing, red and blue team operations, incident response, and security assessments. We also place vetted cybersecurity professionals — Penetration Testers, SOC Analysts, Cloud Security Specialists — with companies that need qualified talent fast.
What we've found is that most organizations don't struggle with knowing they have a security problem. They struggle with finding people who can actually solve it. That's the gap we work in.
We cover Red Team, Blue Team, SOC operations, Cloud Security, Web & API Security, Active Directory, OSINT, and Threat Intelligence — for individuals looking to build a career and for institutions looking to build a team.
Based in Qatar. Serving the wider Arab world and the Middle East.
