Prior experience includes roles as Quality Manager at IST Group, where Tom developed management systems aligned with ISO standards, and as an IT Quality and Processes Consultant at Capgemini, focusing on process design and implementation for Volvo Cars. Tom's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through the founding of CANATO AB, providing IT consulting services, and Digital Route, developing telecom software.
