Corey Markell

Corey Markell has extensive experience in operations and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Senior Operations Partner in the Data Protection business unit at Fortra since June 2020, after holding the titles of Associate Director and Director of Strategic Partners focused on Data Classification. Prior to Fortra, Corey worked at Titus from May 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities included Director of Strategic Partners and Strategic Partner Manager, contributing to solutions that help organizations protect and classify unstructured data. Earlier career roles include Regional Sales Manager East at Raytec, specializing in LED lighting for CCTV applications from August 2013 to April 2017, and Audio Video Design and Sales at Signature Audio Video, where design and sales of audio video and security systems took place from May 2003 to August 2013. Corey Markell holds a degree in Security and Alarm Technologies from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, completed in May 2000.
