Steve Jones

Steve Jones is an experienced Technical Writer with a robust background in product management and technical documentation, currently serving as a Technical Writer II at Fortra since May 2019. Prior to this role, Steve worked at West Corporation from January 2018 to November 2018, where responsibilities included managing software development life cycles and ensuring client satisfaction following the PhoneTree acquisition. Steve's extensive experience at PhoneTree spanned from April 2003 to January 2018, during which strategic product direction was communicated through comprehensive documentation, and significant user adoption improvements were achieved as a result of effective requirement gathering and process flow documentation. In addition to technical writing and product management, earlier roles included business analysis and technical support, complemented by a certification in Business Analysis Fundamentals from Watermark Learning in 2012.
