Emma Eikmans

Emma Eikmans currently serves as a student-medewerker at Apotheek Veen since October 2023. Emma is pursuing a Master's degree in Bio Pharmaceutical Sciences at Leiden University, following a Bachelor’s degree in the same field completed in 2021. Prior internship experiences include six months at the Centre for Human Drug Research, focused on clinical research related to a drug for insomnia, and nine months at the Leiden Academic Centre for Drug Research, studying brain pharmacokinetics of pain medications. Additional roles include chairing the board of L.P.S.V. "Aesculapius" and assisting secondary school students with homework through A tot Z huiswerkbegeleiding. Emma has also participated in various committees within the same student organization.
