John Hunter

John Hunter currently serves as the Director of Biostatistics at Fortrea since May 2023. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Labcorp Drug Development from January 2013 to April 2023, including Director, Associate Director, and Statistical Fellow in Biostatistics. John's experience also includes serving as Director and Associate Director of Biostatistics at Genzyme from July 2005 to December 2012, where significant contributions were made as the global lead statistician in renal and cardiovascular portfolios. Earlier in John's career, roles included Senior Manager of Biometrics at Bone Care and Manager of Biostatistics & Programming at Covance, where John was instrumental in expanding departmental capabilities and optimizing procedures. John earned a Master’s degree in Biostatistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Calvin University.
