Todd Altieri

Todd Altieri is an experienced executive currently serving as the Executive Director and Global Head of Commercial Development at Fortrea since May 2023, while also owning Cedar Springs Enterprises, focused on property investment in North Carolina. Previously, Todd held leadership roles at LabCorp as Executive Director of Global Strategic Pricing, where strategic budget competitiveness was managed, and at Covance as Director of Strategic Pricing, where a clinical pricing group was established. Todd's extensive career includes significant positions at Array BioPharma, Quintiles, and Accenture, demonstrating a strong background in strategic negotiation, pricing, budgeting, and project management. Todd earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
