Mitchell Kitchens

Mitchell Kitchens is a Technical Services Manager in the food safety industry with extensive experience managing multiple accounts and ensuring safety through the implementation of sanitation procedures and regulatory documentation. Prior to this role, Mitchell served as Site Manager at Fortrex Solutions from 2016 to 2020, where they managed daily operations and team member development. From 2013 to 2016, Mitchell was a Project Manager for Design & Technical Services, overseeing installation instruction projects for a multinational company. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Training Documentation Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2009 to 2011. Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys spending time with family, reading, fishing, and supporting the Green Bay Packers.
