Kevin Thomas

Kevin Thomas has worked in the professional field since 2015. Kevin began their career at HKT as a Sr. Trainer, where they provided an elevated customer experience to new hire employees, ensuring trainers have an understanding of what is expected of a team, and updating client orders from start to finish in an accurate and timely manner. In 2021, they joined Fortuity as a Training/QA Manager.

Kevin Thomas has a varied educational background. Kevin has obtained a Six Sigma certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Columbus State Community College, and Educational Leadership and Administration from IAP Career College. Kevin also has a Basic Skills and Developmental/Remedial Education from Franklin Heights High School. In addition, Kevin Thomas has obtained certifications from IAP Career College such as Certified Training Professional (July 2022) and Life Coach (August 2021). Kevin also has a Six Sigma Certified Champion certification from the Management & Strategy Institute.
