Jaye Smith

Jaye Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit risk management and order-to-cash processes. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Order-to-Cash Development at Fortum Oyj since April 2024, Jaye has previously held key roles, including Credit Controller at Wärtsilä and Senior Manager of Quote to Cash at Basware Oyj, where responsibilities involved credit risk assessment, sales invoicing, and establishing a Financial Shared Services Centre. Prior to that, Jaye was with UPM-Kymmene Oyj, managing credit risk strategies and reporting. Jaye’s career began in the financial services sector, including positions at Royal Bank of Scotland PLC, Lehman Brothers Limited, and Bank of America, where expertise in equity derivatives and transaction management was developed. Jaye's educational background includes attendance at Chingford High School from 1986 to 1990.
