Mark Smith is an accomplished advisor, director, and investor with over 30 years of experience in the energy industry and auditing. They served as the Chief Financial Officer at Helmerich & Payne for over six years, where they managed global financial operations and played a key role in significant acquisitions. Mark held various senior positions at Atwood Oceanics, including CFO, and has a background as a partner in a full-service accounting firm. They earned both a BBA and MBA from Baylor University and have contributed to Child Advocates, Inc. as a board member for ten years. Currently, Mark is involved as a board member with Forum Energy Technologies and Powell, along with serving on the advisory board for Pickering Energy Partners.
