Hannah Webster

Hannah Webster has over five years of experience in communications, with a focus on strategy and project management. Hannah is currently the Strategic Communications Director at Forum One, where they oversee a team of experienced web editors. Prior to their current role, they served as an Account Supervisor at The District Communications Group, where they managed multiple high-profile projects and deadlines. During their time there, they also served as a project manager overseeing the accuracy, up-to-dateness, and relevance of the My HealtheVet website - the most trafficked VA website.

In addition to their work in project management, Hannah has also developed materials and content in a variety of styles for different audiences and purposes. Hannah has created fact sheets, blog posts, social media content, training materials, and more. Hannah was also responsible for the development of the VA Office of Connected Care website from planning through implementation. This included conducting interviews, research, working with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and evaluating the user experience.

Most recently, Hannah supported a contract with the Center for Disease Control that required close reading and analysis of focus groups conducted along the U.S.-Mexico border. The focus group transcripts were exclusively in Spanish. Through their work on this contract, Hannah demonstrated their ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results.

Hannah Webster has a Master's in Communication, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's in English from Loyola University New Orleans. Hannah also has certification from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster.

A direct report to Hannah Webster is and Brittney Foster - Communications Strategy Lead. Hannah Webster reports to Elisabeth Bradley, Chief Strategy Officer. They work with Nick Dotson - Associate Digital Strategist, Clarissa Peterson - Strategy Director, and Sara Tetreault - Strategy Director.
