Tim started their career as a Business Analyst at Lehman Brothers, where they worked for four years. Tim then transitioned to IBM Consulting Group, Financial Services Industry Practice, where they worked as a Consultant for three years. In April 2000, they became the Product Manager at Ultraprise Loan Technologies, where they directed the overall design, development, and positioning of Web-based process automation and electronic marketplace software suite for venture-funded software company serving the mortgage industry. Tim Shaw successfully managed five major core product software releases through complete life cycle within a twelve-month period. For each release, they wrote all business requirements documents and led eight person cross-functional team that reviewed requirements, set development plan, and ensured sales preparedness.

After Ultraprise Loan Technologies, Tim became the User Experience Director at Forum One in September 2001. In this role, they are responsible for leading Forum One’s user experience (UX) design team and partnering with other teams across the organization to deliver digital solutions that are both useful and usable.

They work with Meigan Ward - VP of HR, Mike Shoag - VP, Government Services, and Matt Burge - Solutions Director. Tim Shaw reports to Chris Wolz, CEO & President. and Christin Avery Timmons - User Experience Associate reports to Tim Shaw.
