Creed C.

Creed C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple technical support roles. Creed started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at PTC in 1995 and continued in this role until 2001. Creed then joined Parametric Technology Corporation as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from July 2001 to September 2003. After a brief break, Creed returned to Parametric Technology Corporation as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from September 2005 to January 2007. Following this, they worked at Akamai as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from February 2007 to February 2012. Finally, they joined Forum Systems, where they held two roles: Quality Assurance Engineer from February 2012 to February 2013, and later, API and Cloud Gateway Security from February 2013 onwards.

Creed C. pursued their education at Northeastern University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1995 to 1999. Subsequently, they continued their education at the same university, attaining a Masters in Computer Systems Engineering from 2001 to 2004. Their field of study shifted from Mechanical Engineering to Computer Systems Engineering between their Bachelor's degree and Masters.
