Philip Eaves is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in business development and leadership roles across various health systems. Currently serving as a member of the Future of Health Tech Innovation Council at Forum Ventures since June 2025, Philip previously held the position of President & CEO of Ascension Seton Health Alliance and VP of Population Health at Ascension Texas, where responsibilities included leading a major clinically integrated network. Philip also directed national business development for B2B services at a $30 billion health system and has held leadership roles at Health By Design, Denver Health, and Memorial Hermann Health System, focusing on strategic development, operations management, and sales. Philip Eaves holds an MBA in Leadership from UHD Marilyn Davies College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lamar University.
