ForumWithin™ is an intra-company networking and experience-sharing platform that curates healthy corporate cultures.

Employees join monthly groups, called forums, where they meet with other employees. These forums create a structured and safe environment where participants learn more about themselves and each other through exercises and experience sharing. These forums have been shown to increase employee engagement and retainment while decreasing miscommunications and tension.

ForumWithin™ separates into network forums, corporate forums, and individual coaching. Network forums are composed of employees in similar positions from multiple companies looking to benefit from a forum-like experience. Corporate forums work with a single company to create and facilitate one or more forums with their employees. The focus is on creating self-sustaining groups that can launch and facilitate activities on their own after a few months.
