Benoît Godart

Benoît Godart is currently a PC&L Manager at FORVIA. Previously, they held various roles including Fine Blanking BU Manager at Faurecia and Engineering Manufacturing Manager and Black Belt at Hypertac SA - Smiths Group Plc, where they led teams in manufacturing engineering and implemented lean projects that significantly improved productivity and reduced costs. Benoît also served as Operations Director at Zumtobel Group, overseeing a manufacturing site and driving performance improvement initiatives. They began their professional journey as an EN/AS9100 Project Manager at Hypertac SA, successfully achieving certification. Benoît earned an Engineering degree from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers and completed the Emerging Leader Programme at Ashridge Business School.
