Claude Mathieu

Claude Mathieu has extensive experience in Human Resources and communications, currently serving as Vice President for Human Resources, Sustainability, Communications, and Public Affairs at FORVIA, where leadership is provided to a global team of 22,000 professionals focused on clean mobility initiatives. Prior to this role, Mathieu held significant HR positions at Safran, including Senior Vice President for EMEA, and at Messier-Dowty International as Group Vice President HR. Earlier career achievements include leading HR initiatives during organizational transformations and mergers at companies such as SAGEM and ArcelorMittal. Mathieu’s educational background includes a degree from Sciences Po, completed in 1990.
