With expertise in leading flawless product launches and implementing process improvements, Cornelius has successfully launched multiple hybrid vehicle battery packs and significantly recovered costs from suppliers. They hold a Master’s degree in Quality Management from Eastern Michigan University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations and an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering.
