Lionel Becker

Lionel Becker is a Sales and Programs Performance Director at Forvia, where they leverage extensive experience in business development and program management. Previously, Lionel held several key positions at Faurecia from 2012 to 2017, including AST Asia CBU Director, where they drove significant growth in Asia and managed international programs. Lionel also served as Program Director and led P&L responsibilities, overseeing 20 program managers. They completed a Master's in Engineering in Chemistry from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur and further honed their leadership skills through training at INSEAD and IESE Business School.
