Luis Hernandez is an experienced professional currently serving as an HR Leadership Development Program (HR LDP) participant at FORVIA since February 2024. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where Luis contributed to training program design and streamlining RFP processes. As a Graduate Coordinator for America Reads*America Counts, Luis facilitated tutor-teacher relationships and managed timesheets. While at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Luis held roles as a Residential Advisor, advising residents on academic and personal development, and as a Student Coordinator, training and evaluating dining hall student workers. Luis holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the same institution, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
