Mathieu Willer

Mathieu Willer is an accomplished professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Industrial Strategy, Supply Chain and Digital Transformation Director at FORVIA since July 2023, Mathieu previously held various leadership roles at Faurecia from February 2005 to June 2023, including General Manager of the Lightweight Solutions Business Unit and Operations Director of the Composites Technology Division. Notable achievements at Faurecia include overseeing a division with sales of €700 million and managing multiple production plants across Europe. Prior to Faurecia, Mathieu worked at Valeo from April 1993 to December 2004, gaining expertise in plant management, supply chain operations, and production strategy. Educational credentials include a degree from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, CPIM certification from APICS, and continuous leadership development through INSEAD CEDEP.
