Olivier Valade

Olivier Valade is a financial executive with 20 years of international experience in the automotive technology sector, following a five-year tenure at a Big Four audit firm. Olivier has held various leadership roles, including Finance Director for the Seating Systems Europe Division at FORVIA, where they oversee financial operations for 27 plants and drive substantial sales. Previously, Olivier served as CFO in Korea, where they successfully transformed a loss-making company into a profitable entity. They hold a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance and an Engineer’s Degree, complemented by executive education from London Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School.
