Roy Choong

Roy Choong, FCCA, serves as the Financial Director at FORVIA since May 2025. Previously, Roy held the position of Site Financial Controller at Plexus Corp. from January 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included establishing a greenfield start-up finance team and achieving breakeven financial status within a two-year timeframe. Prior to this, Roy worked at Jabil for over a decade, progressing from Assistant Finance Manager to Commercial Finance Controller, focusing on margin improvement and cost transformation. Roy's career began at KPMG Malaysia as an Assistant Manager Audit, specializing in SOX audits for US multinational companies. Roy holds an ACCA qualification and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University, complemented by an Advanced Diploma in Finance and Financial Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
