Yang Zeng

Yang Zeng currently serves as the Strategy & Business Development Director for BG Seating at FORVIA, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Yang Zeng was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from February 2020 to September 2023, leading projects focusing on electrification and EV charging infrastructure in the Greater China region. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Robert Bosch (Thermotechnology) as a Strategic Project Manager, where leadership involved directing a team to develop product strategies for the Chinese market and securing R&D budgets. Yang Zeng also founded and managed a competence center in China during the role of Head of Competence Center & Technical Adviser. Additionally, Yang Zeng completed a research associate position at Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE, focusing on heat pump systems. Academically, Yang Zeng obtained an MBA from INSEAD, an exchange MBA from The Wharton School, a Master of Science in Energy and Building Technology from Technische Universität Berlin, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Tongji University.
