Tim Smith

Tim Smith, CFA, serves as the U.S. Valuation Leader at Forvis Mazars US since July 2018. With extensive experience in corporate finance and valuation, Tim has held key positions such as Principal at FORVIS and Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, as well as Managing Director and founder of QueensGate Corporate Finance. Tim has also worked as a Senior Advisor at Georgia Oak Partners, LLC, and as Principal/Senior Managing Director at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included leading fairness opinion practices on a global scale. Prior roles include a Director position at Houlihan Lokey, where Tim contributed to expanding financial advisory services in Europe, and earlier experience as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a Corporate Banking Officer at SouthTrust Bank. Tim holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Florida and a BS in Biology from Florida State University.
