Dillon Head is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Forward Advantage, a position held since August 2017. Previously, Dillon worked as a Technician at M Cubed Technologies from July 2015 to August 2017 and served as a Desktop Support Technician and Computer Operator at Trinity Health from January 2009 to July 2015. Dillon earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2013 and completed a Network Support Technician program at the Institute of Technology Inc in 2009.
