Christopher Infante has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology industry. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a Technician/System Administrator at Erie Shores Computer. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as an Information Systems Manager at Information Control Corporation. From 2001 to 2005, they worked as a Division Manager at Primerica Financial Services. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Soccer Referee at All-Stars Family Sports. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Technology Engineer at Stevic Group LLC, where they established the first Managed Services offering and improved customer experiences with the implementation of an online ticketing system. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Network Engineer at Forward Edge, and then as the Director of Engineering, where they implemented first response and escalation procedures, achieved 500% growth in revenue, and exceeded customer expectations on all customer surveys.

Christopher Infante has a varied educational background. Christopher attended The Ohio State University from 1993 to 1996 and studied Business and Computer Information Science. Christopher then attended BYU-Pathway Worldwide from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are attending Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they are pursuing a degree in Applied Technology. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained numerous certifications, including Extreme Networks Certified Expert (ECE), Extreme Networks Certified Specialist, Extreme Networks Design Professional, Aerohive Certified Wireless Administrator (AWCA), Aerohive Certified Wireless Professional (ACWP), Extreme Networks Associate, FCC Technician License, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
