We believe in creating a supportive environment that integrates trauma awareness into our programs, empowering individuals to thrive in their careers and lives. We operate two organizations, Wrigley Coffee and Common Ground Grief, focused on trauma-informed principles. 

Wrigley Coffee is a social enterprise coffee shop providing workforce development training to youth in the Long Beach area. We provide hands-on job skills training in a trauma-informed environment giving individuals the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the workforce. 

Common Ground Grief offers a range of grief support services for people of all ages including adult grief support groups, family camps and events, grief education workshops, and professional development trainings for those who support others in grief. At the heart of our work is the belief that no one needs to grieve alone.
