Forward Finance specializes in consulting for mergers & acquisitions as well as the structuring and raising of suitable financing (also from capital markets) plus the independent consulting for capital market strategy and communications (i.e. before or during an IPO).

Clients comprise Kreisel Electric, ACP Group AG, Linz AG Hafen, RewoTech GmbH.

The founder and chief executive, Thomas Melzer, has about 20 years of management experience in stock exchange listed companies, of which he served 7 years as chief financial officer, i.a. for Wolford AG in Bregenz, Austria. Most recently he served as CFO for Kreisel Electric, a technology start-up. He utilizes his know how and network for clients in a pragmatic and targeted manner, when it comes to capital market issues, transactions, financing projects, restructuring, investments or other growth projects.
