Marine Petit is the Chief People Officer at Forward Global, specializing in talent development within the domains of international business and cybersecurity. With over 14 years of experience in both large corporations and startups, Marine has focused on key issues such as talent development, multicultural challenges in global organizations, and change management during mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Marine held various HR leadership roles, including Senior Director of People & Culture at Prose, where they led initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and Global HR Director at SUBLIME, where they established the HR function and managed international team expansion. Marine earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Management from Sciences Po Paris.
