Shan Wu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Forward Labs, focusing on humanizing sales since 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Growth Lead at Cococart, where the eCommerce platform aided over 40,000 home-based merchants in selling on Instagram and TikTok across more than 100 countries. During tenure at Xendit, Shan held the positions of Head of New Vertical Sales and Head of Cross-Border Payments, contributing to the growth of the business from its inception to a valuation of over a billion dollars. Additional roles include Director of Corporate Development at NetraMark, Management Consultant at Bain & Company, Founder and Head Choreographer of THECREW, and various analyst positions at RBC. Shan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is furthering studies at institutions including the Santa Fe Institute.
