David Toth

David Toth has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David began their career as a Web Developer at Iguana Studios in 1999 and then worked as a New Media Developer at McGraw-Hill in 2001. Later, they joined T-Mobile as a Senior Web Developer in 2002.

In 2005, David became a Technical Lead at JP Morgan Chase (formerly Washington Mutual). David then transitioned to F5 Networks in 2006, where they served as a Program Manager, deploying and managing the F5 training portal and implementing systems for sales enablement and employee collaboration programs.

From 2013 to 2016, David worked at Riverbed Technology as a Marketing Solutions Manager. Here, they created mobile apps, launched an online community, and designed an analytics solution to monitor marketing campaigns.

David joined Netskope in 2017 and held various roles, including Customer Enablement Manager, Technical Publications Manager, and Program Manager. David created a self-service customer portal and launched a Customer Marketing program. David also managed a team of technical writers and content architects and evaluated processes and tools for improvement.

In their most recent role at Heap, as a Senior Community Manager from 2021 to 2023, David managed and grew Heap's online community, user groups, and ambassador programs. David defined strategies to increase community resources and performed deep analysis of community engagement experiments.

Currently, David works at Forward Networks, Inc. as a Technical Community Manager, starting in 2023.

David Toth completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Commercial Photography at Kent State University from 1994 to 1999. In 1998, they also attended Western Washington University, where they studied German, Economics, and Art History, but did not obtain a degree.

In terms of certifications, David Toth has obtained several additional certifications.
