Eric Richards

Eric Richards currently serves as the State Co-Lead for the Forward Party in Virginia, focusing on volunteer recruitment and political engagement. With extensive experience in real estate appraisal at Dominion Realty Advisors, Inc., since 2006, Eric analyzes property data to determine optimal uses and values. Previous roles include positions at the Information Technology Association of America, where corporate member recruitment was a priority, and Computer Associates, where Eric developed business opportunities within federal markets. Eric also has experience in legislative support through roles at the U.S. Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs and as a press intern for Senator John Warner. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Government from the University of Virginia.
