Steve Perry

Steve Perry is a project manager at Forward Tilt. Steve has over fifteen years of experience in the business interior industry. Prior to joining Forward Tilt, Steve was the general manager of A&M Business Interiors' Wisconsin and Illinois market. In this role, Steve was responsible for maximizing profitability and productivity for the regional operation. Under Steve's leadership, the safety incident rate was cut in half and annual expenses were reduced by 4%. Additionally, Steve built customer confidence by instituting a cycle count process that reduced the error rate on customer owned inventory from 11% to 1%.

Prior to their role at A&M Business Interiors, Steve was the manager of receiving, facilities, and fleet at Target Commercial Interiors. In this role, Steve successfully consolidated and relocated three warehouses into one facility on time and within budget.

Steve began their career in the business interior industry as a project manager at The Corner Office. Steve then transitioned into a national account manager role at System Source Inc. before returning to project management at USBI - US Business Interiors.

Steve Perry has a degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Rio Salado College. Steve also has a certification from Aveta Business Institute in Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Level I.
