Chiel Kraai is the founder of Welvaere, a rapidly growing outdoor brand in the Benelux region. Chiel also works as a Partner at Lingalaid OÜ, focusing on expanding the Welvaere philosophy in Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. Additionally, Chiel coaches entrepreneurs with around 1 million turnover at nlgroeit to help them scale to the next level. Chiel is also the founder of Icetubs, providing a convenient solution for ice baths, and works as a coach at Forward Incubator, assisting refugees in starting their own businesses. Chiel holds a degree in Small Business and Retail Management from Hoge School Utrecht and studied Economics and Retail Management at Ichthus College.
