Tracy Saad

Tracy Saad is a global creative and civic strategist who currently leads communications at the Migration Youth & Children Platform under a UNPGA mandate. They are the founder and CEO of Commence Games, a civic education venture that transforms political engagement through gamification, and also lead a creative strategy studio, Trace Effect, focused on building culturally fluent brands. Previously, they gained experience as a project manager at Milia M and as the founder of OMNíA MENSWEAR, specializing in upcycled menswear. With degrees from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and Lebanese American University, Tracy's work spans across five countries and includes mentorship roles supporting early-stage migrant founders.
