Hao Shen

Hao Shen has been working in the technology industry since 2013. Hao started their career at Lenovo as a Staff Researcher, where they designed a 3D map construction system based on laser and Xtions and a real-time robot global localization algorithm based on 3D feature map. In 2015, they joined Intel Corporation as a Robotic Architect, leading robotic technical solution design and implementation in Intel China. After that, they moved to Alibaba Robot Corporation as a Senior Staff Algorithm Engineer. In 2017, they joined Meituan-Dianping as an Algorithm Director/ Researcher/Algorithm channel member of Meituan Technical Committee, heading the HD map, localization and perception team in autonomous delivery department and leading the team of delivery robot algorithm. Currently, they are the CTO of \u7075\u52a8\u79d1\u6280 (\u5317\u4eac) \u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8 since 2022.

Hao Shen obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Hohai University in 2008 and a Ph.D in Computer Vision, Moving Object Detection and Tracking, and Industry Inspection from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013.
