Kyle Bean has over 13 years of work experience in various roles within the gaming and technology industries. Kyle currently works as a Game Producer specializing in virtual reality and mixed reality at ForwardXP. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Game Producer and XR Game Producer at PIXO VR, where they oversaw development teams and guided extended reality content creation.

Before joining PIXO VR, Kyle worked as a Technical Product Owner at Rocket Auto, where they were responsible for pushing projects from ideation to delivery using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Kyle also served as a Technical Project Manager at DocNetwork, where they managed releases and coordinated resources for app development.

In addition, Kyle has experience as an Instructional Technologies Project Manager at Columbia University, working with faculty to meet their educational technology needs. Kyle also worked at DeVry Education Group as a Producer/Designer, providing expertise on commercial game development and virtual reality.

Earlier in their career, Kyle held roles as an Associate Producer at Wargaming.net, where they founded the video production department, and as a Designer/QA Manager at Course Games, where they designed narratives and managed bug issues. Kyle also worked at Sleepy Giant as a CS Supervisor/QA Lead and Lead GM, focusing on customer support process development and client relations.

Kyle's first role in the industry was as a Game Capture Artist at THQ, where they captured and edited in-game footage for trailers.

Kyle Bean completed their education in a chronological order. Kyle first attended Saddleback College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an AA degree in Radio/TV/Film. Following that, they enrolled at Chapman University from 2003 to 2005 and graduated with a BFA degree in Film Production, specializing in Editing and Screenwriting.

In addition to their formal education, Kyle also obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. In November 2018, they earned the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Lastly, in November 2020, they obtained the SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
