Lauren Fedak

Lauren Fedak has extensive experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Lauren is currently the Director of People & Culture at ForwardXP, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nerd Street Gamers, where they served as the Head of People from July 2020 to October 2021 and as the Director of People Operations from January 2020 to July 2020. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at SEMrush from February 2017 to January 2020. Lauren also worked at FOCO, where they held multiple roles including Human Resources Manager from February 2015 to February 2017, Recruiter from September 2014 to February 2015, and Licensing Coordinator from April 2013 to September 2014.

Lauren Fedak obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Visual Communications from FIDM, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Impromptu Speaking and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in August 2021. Lauren also holds a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University, which they obtained in September 2019. Additionally, they have acquired certifications in Adaptive Project Leadership, Agile Foundations, Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader, Content Marketing Foundations, and Strategic Human Resources, all from LinkedIn in July 2019.
