At Forza Dance, we believe in the transformative power of movement to break barriers, build bridges, and cultivate deeper human connection. Guided by Artistic Director Michaella Barron, Forza creates relevant, thought-provoking work that reflects contemporary social themes, honors diverse experiences, and uplifts ancestral stories. Rooted in the Italian concept of "forza," meaning strength and resilience, our mission is to use dance as a catalyst for empathy, dialogue, and change.

Forza Dance is deeply community-focused, offering accessible programming that supports both emerging and established artists. Through workshops, professional development, and our 5 for $5 Class Series, we ensure that movement remains open to all. Signature events like Shindig: A Social Gathering with Dance and the BLOOM: Emerging Artist Festival have become vital platforms, transforming traditional performance into interactive, inclusive experiences.

We strive to help keep the dance industry thriving and evolving to ensure a more robust future of the field that can make deeper positive impacts on our communities. Join us on our journey creating exciting events and opportunities for all and sharing our artistic visions with the world.
