Roushan Kumar

Roushan Kumar is currently an Area Sales Manager at Foseco India Limited, with over 10 years of experience in sales and technical services within the foundry industry. Roushan began their career at DCM Engineering as an Executive QA from 2012 to 2015, where they gained foundational knowledge in foundry processes and quality assurance. From 2015 to 2018, Roushan served as a Senior Sales Executive at Forace Polymers Private Limited, managing sales in Punjab and Himachal and significantly increasing customer base and profits within six months. Since joining Foseco in 2018, Roushan has consistently met and exceeded sales targets while managing key accounts and market strategies. Roushan earned a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from the National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology Ranchi and Ranchi University.
