With over twenty years of experience, Craig has held various leadership roles, including Operations Manager at Fosroc and Production Manager at Bison Manufacturing Limited, where they drove significant improvements through Lean practices. They have also been involved in developing operational strategies and management systems across multiple companies, enhancing efficiency and productivity. Craig holds an HNC in Business & Finance from Staffordshire University, where they graduated with distinction.
