Loay Damer

Loay Damer has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Loay started their career as a General Sales Manager at Fosroc in 2007 and later joined Al Turki - Grace JV as a Managing Director in 2009. In 2011, they returned to Fosroc and held the position of General Manager until 2015. Loay then became the Regional Vice President for Saudi Arabia until 2017, after which they served as the Regional Vice President for Southeast Asia until 2020. Currently, Loay holds the position of Regional Vice President for Asia at Fosroc.

Loay Damer has a strong educational background in various fields. Loay obtained a Doctor of Business degree in Human Resources with a focus on Talent Management & Succession Planning from Walden University between 2015 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Knowledge Management from the University of Leicester from 2009 to 2013. Loay also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, which they completed at the University of Jordan from 1993 to 1999. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. Loay is also a member of the Jordanian Engineering Association.
