Located in the heart of Lygon street, Fossey's is Carlton’s very own and much loved Boutique Distillery. Featuring a seductive and charismatic upstairs Cocktail Bar and a downstairs fully operational distillery, kitchen, bar and seated alfresco area.

Live Music is absolutely welcome at Fossey’s with a small stage or elevated section for musicians or comedians. Fossey's can also offer your guests gin, whisky & rum tastings, take-home bottles and gifts for something a little unique!
