To cultivate integral relationships with family farms in order to ensure quality and strict adherence to natural and sustainable husbandry practices from birth to plate. To educate consumer awareness about the health benefits of hormone and antibiotic free meats.

All Natural, Sustainable, Humane, Free-Range, Pastured, Grass-Fed animals. This is how we differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. We take pride collaborating with farmers, talking to them about their traditions and methods, and examining their animals and land.  It is our standard to protect and preserve the natural environment, learning why sustainable farming is not only better for us and the environment, but is our responsibility for the future. This is why 100% of our animals are source verified to the farm of origin.
