Aaron Goss has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Fossil Group, Inc. since April 2011. In this role, Aaron heads FP&A for the Americas and global stores/e-commerce, focusing on sales, gross profit, and operational expenditure planning while leading the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes. Prior to this, Aaron was the Director of Stores Planning and Allocation, providing strategic leadership to a team managing inventory performance and aligning with store and finance leaders on budget plans. Aaron's earlier career includes significant roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, where responsibilities spanned from overseeing multi-million dollar merchandise planning for male apparel to directly managing product development as a Merchant. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Dartmouth College.
