Kara Devita

Kara DeVita has extensive work experience in corporate social responsibility and community engagement. Kara began their career at AT&T, where they held various roles including Director of Community Programs and Associate Director of Employee Programs. In 2015, they transitioned to Fossil Group, Inc. as the Head of Global Community Impact, leading their global community engagement and social impact efforts. Kara has since worked their way up to become the Sr. Director of Social Impact and then the Sr. Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, overseeing Fossil's ESG strategy and execution. In 2020, they also took on the role of Executive Director of Fossil Foundation, where they are responsible for partnership recommendations and serves as a Board Member.

Kara DeVita holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Texas Tech University.
